Pegasus International's debt collection operation is known for the success and expertise in recovering overdue debts worldwide from our U.K. offices. Only on the rare occasion will we enlist the assistance of an overseas Partner Agent if we consider local pressure is required to complete the collection. The use of an agent will not add any cost to our agreed collection terms.

Our collections teams are trained to a high standard so as to focus their efforts to collect debts promptly and where possible maintain the goodwill of the debtor.

We are able to add interest and cost if you require us to do so, when collected these amounts can reduce the cost of collection. These additional charges do depend of your own Terms and Conditions however, the U.K. statutory rate for interest is 8% above Bank Rate and collection costs are fixed by statutory regulations.
