Until recently Pegasus has used its own bespoke collection system which had been developed and enhanced over a period of 20 years. In 2009 we made the decision to move to a dedicated collection system provider who could provide the base system but also allowed us to enhance and customise based on our needs and experience. After several months of customisation the system was rolled out internally in July 2010.
When deciding on a base system and customisation facility available we had several key factors to consider; none more important than to provide comprehensive reporting both internally and for our clients. Please see the reporting section for details of reports available.

Here at Pegasus we have firm belief that it is people that collect money and that technology assists. That’s why the main workflow element of the system can be disabled by the Collection Advisor at any time and the case worked individually on its own merits.
