A dedicated manager and team with multilingual collectors when necessary, will be allocated to your account in order to support your company's local requirements. This team will aim to achieve a high collection and ageing performance with your pre-set targets to achieve your own internal goals.

Your account manager will ensure that you will receive constant "on-line" support and information with regular meetings to discuss results and plan future strategies.
